Most dealers are stuck with tools that sit between them and their own data. The Tech Stack is built to reduce that distance.
What is live and reliable today
- Full inventory management — add, edit, search, filter, update status, manage photos and descriptions
- Google VLA and Facebook Catalog feeds generated from that inventory
- Subdomain vehicle detail pages
- Structured data (JSON-LD) for search and AI systems
- Network / SitRep view for multi-dealer or group oversight — inventory health, sync status, aging flags, and duplicate-VIN detection across rooftops
- Analytics focused on inventory turn, aging, and sell-through, from the day we begin capturing a dealer's inventory
- Team, role, and multi-store access controls
Videos
Available now as a premium capability. Generate ad-ready short-form video from live inventory for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more. AI narration, multiple templates, captions, and voice options. This is not included in the base platform.
What is still limited or in progress
- Auto-crawl works on many dealer sites but is blocked by some major platforms. In those cases we use feed exports or manual/CSV intake.
- Mobile Capture — fast inventory intake via short video, VIN, and spoken details — exists but is still being refined.
- Leads management, Email Templates, deeper Insights, and full GA4 integration into the Analytics view are not ready for general use yet.
Coming later
- Cleaner Mobile Capture with image cleanup and markup tools
- Email and SMS capabilities, pending compliance
- Expanded reporting that can incorporate the dealer's own GA4 data
- Additional role types, including lighter intake-only access
